About the Practitioner

I am a 1998 graduate of Irene's Mymomassology Institute.  I further advanced my skills in 2005 when I became a licensed esthetician.  Over the past 22 years I have worked in a variety of settings- Ora Oxygen Spa, St. John Health Systems, L'Esprit Salon and Spa, Achieving Health Chiropracric and Massage, and currently a suite in Old Town Plymouth.  I love the quiet atmosphere here where I can provide outstanding services in a friendly, easily accessible, and honest environment.  This small established suite for two is a warm, comfortable, healing space, even during our current 2020 situation.  I am passionate about helping all women relieve pain and stress in their lives.  Whether you are a student, mom, working woman, or a retired senior, I am here to help.  I offer relaxation hot stone massage, prenatal massage, sinus and headache relief, foot massage, swedish relaxation massage, and of course (my favorite) deep therapeutic trigger point work.  I tend to use a gentle yet firm pressure while incorporating compressions, fascial stretching and trigger points.  I am always sensitive and receptive to each client's specific needs.  Thanks for taking the time to get to know a little about me, I look forward to getting to know you and helping you along your path.
